Press Release: Guppy

By savitri

Silicon Valley: Mophilia has announced their release of a new iPhone app called Guppy. Guppy is an app designed with the prankster in mind by helping the user to create fake Wikipedia pages for all of their friends. The app takes images from the user’s photo library and places them into a Wikipedia page with the heading “Gullible.” It is a new twist on the age old dictionary trick. “Oh, wait, didn’t you know that your picture is next to gullible in the dictionary? No? Well, you should look it up on Wikipedia, your picture is on the front page.”

Press Release: PopBalloons

By savitri

Silicon Valley: Today the new start up company, Mophilia, Inc., released PopBalloons, an innovative app that uses sound as the controls for the game. PopBalloons may sound simple enough but instead of tapping the screen to make the balloons pop, you make a sound; the sounds then activate the laser. PopBalloons also offers users the choice of “popping” LOL Cats.

Although this is the first official game release from Mophilia, the company expects to play a large role in the mobile software industry. To learn more about Mophilia, please visit their website at mophilia.com.
